A total refurbishment of a 5 story building over a 3 month period. Completing project on time whilst adhering to budgets and health and safety issues.
The goal was to create a new working space within a previously tenanted building – The areas were completely stripped of offices, flooring and many "safe and secure rooms" which were in filled with wood and double boarded. We also completed decorations, fire alarm adaption's, lift maintenance and AC adaption's/overhaul of all previous services.
One of the key challenges on this site was to safely remove waste in an environmentally efficient manner.This was achieved despite the site entrance being on a busy High Street, with care for public safety taken at all times.

Christopher Wren was an empty building to which the previous tenant required a dilapidation to reinstate the building to its previous state. Within a busy town centre, we had to clear the building from the 5th floor down, totally reinstating the areas as above from Ground Floor to 5th Floor. Works were completed over a 3 month period and substantial penalties were in place with all timescales critical.
During the works completed on the floors, which were aimed at reducing and improving the overall image of the offices on all floors making the site suitable for new clients. Data links and infrastructure were removed as they had all been installed by the tenant. We were also asked to decorate the floors, each being 150m2 and in addition to this, we also removed and relayed the flooring. Finally, partitioning was completely removed and new blinds were fitted throughout the refurbished areas.
All completion dates, both project and internal were met, and standards of work were high as detailed and expected.
